The Spruce Creek Golf Course is the perfect place for friends to gather for a competitive game, fundraising benefits, corporate outings, and fraternal matches. We’ll customize our service to your needs and expectations.

The Spruce Creek Pro Shop staff will take care of the preparations for your golf outing and assist with sponsor signage, beverage carts, and scoring for your event. Contact our pro shop at (386) 756-6114 for details or complete the information request form to learn more!

Although a semi-private club, we are open for limited public play and tournaments on a daily basis and have numerous options available for membership that will suit your needs for a country club lifestyle, golf partnerships, or group golf. As you enter Spruce Creek, you will be greeted by security officers at a fully serviced gated entrance and then directed through a parade of beautiful homes to our clubhouse. Upon your arrival, you will find our pro shop staff waiting for your bags in the circular drive. Proceed onto the Bill Amick-designed 18-hole, par-72 course that winds along the Spruce Creek, sharing the blue sky with private jets and prop planes as they take off and land on the neighboring runway.

The course has multiple tees ranging from 5,176 yards (women’s tees: slope 123) to 6,841 yards from the back tees (slope 136). The front side is a more traditional, tree lined, tighter layout which runs alongside the community’s private airstrip on holes eight and nine. (A sign on the ninth tee box encourages you to check for incoming aircraft before teeing off!) The back nine is more open in design but has numerous water hazards. The club has a fully stocked pro shop; rental clubs are available. Practice areas include a full size driving range, putting green and chipping area with a practice bunker.

Name

Brandon Boyd

Title

Teaching Professional

Brandon’s love for golf began at the age of ten, when his grandfather first introduced him to the game. That early spark turned into a lifelong passion, leading him to play all four years on his high school team in Crete, Nebraska. After college, Brandon spent time exploring the mountains of Colorado, working as both a white water rafting guide and snowmobile guide — and still managing to squeeze in as many rounds of golf as possible. He went on to caddy at ArborLinks Golf Course in Nebraska and RedStick Golf Club in Vero Beach, Florida, gaining hands-on experience at some of the finest clubs in the country. Brandon is currently pursuing his PGA class A certification and has a particular passion for teaching — especially when it comes to introducing kids to the game he loves. Off the course, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and their young daughter, who’s already learning to swing a club. On his days off, you’ll often find the three of them golfing together as a family.
